These terms govern your use of EduPlatform. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them in full.
Acceptance of these terms
Creating an account means you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. We will tell you before any material change takes effect.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. Accounts are personal and must not be shared. Teacher accounts are reviewed before activation.
Course content
Course materials are provided for your own study. You may not redistribute, resell or publish them without the author's permission. Teachers keep the rights to the material they publish and grant us the right to host and serve it.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully, not to disrupt it, and not to attempt to reach data or features your account is not entitled to. Harassment and academic dishonesty may lead to suspension.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided as is; we are not liable for indirect loss arising from its use, to the extent the law allows.
Closing your account
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. Records we are legally required to keep are retained after closure.
